This year at Cold Spring Ranch we will be finishing over 60 head of 100% grass fed and
finished cattle. The grass this spring is lush, and we look
forward to our best year yet.
(Left) Just as in the past, the cattle at Cold Spring Ranch are Angus-based in their breeding. This year's herd seems to be particularly curious about what I am up to. They have been watching me closely as I go about my spring chores. |
